Prescriptions

For patients on long-term medication and approved for repeat prescriptions we offer a number of ways to re-order:

In person – drop your re-order form in at reception with the required items clearly marked
By post – send it to us with a stamped addressed envelope if you want us to post it back to you.
By telephone – call 01592 722955 between 09:00 – 12:30 Monday to Friday.
Online – submit the form below.

It is possible to collect your medication from one of the local pharmacies 7 days after placing your order. Please advise staff if you would like this facility.

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication may be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or pharmacist to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip. If asked, please ensure you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.

Please allow seven full working days for prescriptions to be processed and remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account.
